From M 25 (approx 28 miles) 40 minutes drive.

Take exit 5 from M25 on to A21, continue approx 21 miles.

At Flimwell traffic lights turn left onto A268.

Continue through Hawkhurst traffic lights still on A286, on through Sandhurst.

On leaving Sandhurst, keep your speed slow and take first lane on your left - Crouch Lane,

Follow Crouch Lane  through the fork for about 1.5 miles,
Take first lane on left Standen Street.

Go past first house on right and the next entrance on your left is the top of our drive.

If coming from another direction- we are 1.3miles down  Standen Street -on your right, if you cannot see our oak sign continue further along Staden Street.

From Dover 1 hour        M20 to Ashford,   A28 to Tenterden-continue on to turn right on to A268.

                                      After one mile turn right onto Stone Pit Lane continue along Crouch Lane for                                        one  mile,left on to Standen Street, past house on right and we are next on left.

From Folkstone 1 hour    Please follow same directions as from Dover.

From London by train:     We are too remote to rely on public transport, so you will need a car or a bicycle.Charing Cross, London to Staplehurst is the nearest rail line.
